MANUAL COVER UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Right to save the image to a Local Folder
2. Go to your Facebook Timeline profile.
3. Click Add a Cover dropdown ( top right position ).
4. Click the option Choose from Photos.
5. Select the Cover Photo you just Right save from Local Folder image.
6. Click Save Changes and you are done!
